Job Descriptions:
- Manage M&E subcontractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
- Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
- Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
- Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with subcons and consultants
- Supervise day-to-day site works
- Handle the project supervision and documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with drafters
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services
- Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Able to work independently with good communication skills
- Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
