Responsibilities
Perform collection of payment from regional clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt based on agreed credit terms.
Record and upload receipts to system.
Work with sales and project management teams to optimise cash inflow, including dispute resolution and implementation of measures to ensure payment collections.
Responsible for managing Statement of Account (SOA) with clients
