Chinese Restaurant Waiter/Waitress
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Prepares all cold and hot beverage ordered.
Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of beverages and packing materials; at the same time ensures proper stock rotation.
Greets, guides, takes orders, serves food and drinks and attends to the needs of customers in the dining area.
Acts as a sales person by recommending food items with the objectives of providing professional food service, and increasing sales as well as customers’ awareness.
Assists in the beverage area from time to time.
Ensures the feedback of customers, especially complaints concerning service and food quality, is brought to the attention of the Restaurant Manager.
Ensures that the dining area is continually clean.
Ensures that all food warmers and beverage stations are regularly replenished.
Take care and maintain all Restaurant equipment.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager.
