Key Responsibilities:
Fee Proposals & Tender Documents:
- Prepare fee proposals and tender submission tailored to various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review contract documentation to ensure alignment with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Contract Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, implementation, and closeout.
- Track and ensure fulfilment of all contractual obligations, including deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.
- Maintain an organised system for contract documentation, ensuring all records are current and easily accessible.
- Monthly reporting of the status of projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
Internal Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with internal departments, including design, finance, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as law, quantity surveying, or building.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
