Job Requirements:
- Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on potential opportunities to understand feasibility and risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and input for informed decision-making.
- Develop business cases and financial models to assess the return on investment for each opportunity.
- Research competition, supply-chain and other stakeholders to drive competitiveness and win strategies.
- Integrate identified opportunities into the regional and global growth plan of the GBU DTC.
- Communicate the importance of identified opportunities to ensure organizational alignment and support.
- Prioritize opportunities based on alignment with goals and available resources.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap in collaboration with regional and global business unit leadership.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and supply chain partners.
- Network with external business partners and attend industry events to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and apply an effective capture plan in line with the GBU DTC strategy and in collaboration with regional and global business unit leadership.
- Oversee opportunities from pursuit decision to proposal submission and contract agreement
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- More than 10 years of relevant experience
