- To assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and supervision of works.
- To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects.
- To co-ordinate with sub-contracts works.
- To assist in site administration.
- Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all A&A project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly.
- Able to interpret drawings and identify discrepancies within all trades and come initiate solutions.
- To lead a team of supervisors to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to contract and client requirements.
- Responsible on Permit to Work Submissions.
