Responsibilities:
· Provide TCM clinical assessment of customers’ health and provide advice on wellness plans including recommendations on lifestyle and the use of healthcare products
· Strong knowledge of TCM theory, including but not limited to diagnostic methods, meridian points, acupuncture points etc
· Perform finger prick blood analysis and ECG in an accurate, efficient and professional way (training provided)
· Able to analyse, understand and interpret blood analysis results, including but not limited to analysing blood cell condition, reasons for why blood sample looks this way and the health risks involved (if any), and how healthy blood samples look like
· Attend to clients' enquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries
· Administer questionnaire and perform oral interviews on clients
· Document and record treatment services properly
· Educate clients for suitable treatment / service options to achieve optimal outcomes
· To work closely with other teams and departments in understanding available product & services for customer treatment.
· Participate in conceptualising and executing health talks & outreach
· Strong passion for TCM research and development
· Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirement
· Able to advise on nutrition needs and recommendations
· Any other duties assigned by General Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
· Degree/ Masters in TCM with at least 5 - 8 years of clinical experience
· Registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
· Possess a Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent
· Excellent oral, written and communication skills
· Must be able to work on shifts and weekends if necessary
· Able to travel to different work locations if necessary
· Basic IT knowledge
· Only Singaporeans & PRs

· 参与健康讲座和外展活动.
· 对中医研究和发展有浓厚兴趣与知识.
· 遵守中医师行为准则和卫生部的监管要求.
· 能够提供有关营养需求和建议.
· 总经理分配的其他职责.
要求与资格:
· 中医学士/硕士学历，至少具备5-8年经验
· 在传统中医药执业者委员会注册
· 具有静脉采血技术证书或相关证书
· 出色的口头、书面和沟通技能
· 必要时需能够轮班和周末工作
· 基本的IT知识
· 仅限新加坡公民和永久居民
