Requirement
Minimum 2 years experience in local industry
Good understanding of construction operations and regulations of relevant authorities
Able to understand drawings and identify work done accordingly
Job Description
Co-ordinate site operations with Main Con and/or fellow sub-contractors
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD
Interpret site layout dwgs
Assist with monthly progress claims
Adhere to site regulations and conduct inspection on site
Supervise and co-ordinate work arrangement and allocation of workers as well as project progress
Prepare paperworks and documentation for projects when required
