Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties from RF1Q to delivery
- Assist to maintain repair job records and track the progress of repairs
- Prepare reports and provide routine updates of vehicle equipment statuses
- Assist to liaise with cross-functional teams or carry out vehicle assessment visits to workshops / military camps
- Support Operations Lead/ Manager for follow-ups and correspondences
- Perform any other task as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive / Business / Accountancy
- Responsible, proactive, strong initiative, good in analysis
- Strong proficiency with data processing software e.g. MS Excel, SAP
- Prefer to have business background e.g. Understand Procurement flow of RFQ to delivery
