The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely financial services to appropriate Business Unites for which the team is responsible.
The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:
- Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, CSR, Tax Package, CBCR and etc.
- Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
- Manage external audit, corporate taxes, Indirect taxes, Witholding Taxes, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
- Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
- Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
- Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Month end & Balance Sheet Review and etc.
Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis
