• Schedules business meetings and do follow-ups. 

• Provides input for the creation and execution of marketing plans 

• Gathers data on ad campaigns to evaluate performance, and gives recommendations on ways to improve campaign performance.  

• Tracks campaign budgets 

• Gathers information on the competition 

• Ensures that ad campaigns are in compliance with advertising guidelines.  

• Assists in developing and implementing business improvement programs. 

• Analyses invoices and provides invoicing support. 

• Assists in developing client presentations, proposals and reports. 

• Maintains thorough understanding of account management principles. 

• Assists Account Director in coordinating day-to-day account activities. 

• Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe

One is sales company (80% of the work) and the other is Regional head quarter (20% of the work).

Daily

1. Approve daily, monthly and yearly accounting journal entry
2. Approve sales order and purchase order
3. Control cash collection and Aging Account Receivable, including communication with Sales and Service department
4. Control petty cash
5. Approve bank payment
6. Approve customer and supplier master registration

Monthly

1. Approve monthly report (GL, Sales report, inter-company confirmation and PL)
2. Approve monthly report to Head Quarter in Japan
3. Approve staff expense claim
4. Payroll
5. Other HR related work

Quarterly

1. Approve quarterly reporting package to Head Quarter in Japan
2. Approve GST filing
3. Board of Directors meeting arrangement

Yearly

1. Control physical inventory semi-annually
2. Evaluation arrangement semi-annually
3. Prepare and confirm income tax for employees
4. Approve Corporate Tax
5. Prepare full set of financial statement partially with other staff
6. Approve full set of financial statement
7. Counter measure to yearly external auditor Deloitte
8. Counter measure to internal audit by Head Quarter in Japan every 3 years
9. Compliance training

Ad-hoc

1. Recruiting (Interview, Visa, Apartment)
2. General Affairs (Pantry, Insurance, Company car, etc)

Qualifications

1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA)
2. Experience in internal / external audit
3. With experience in preparing full set of financial statement as well as handling account receivable, inventory and bank reconciliation
4. With at least 3 years managerial experience
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
