RAW Moves is looking for an Administrative & Outreach Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Administrative & Outreach Assistant Manager, your roles will include:
· Day to day running of the Office, including registration and recruitment for Studio classes
· Organise and execute all administrative meetings with the Artistic Director
· Prepare and upkeep grant reports, annual budget information and maintain procedures manuals
· Manage clerical bookkeeping & financial administrative matters with the accounting personnel, keeping to required timelines.
· Oversee recruitment, hiring for part-time staff and freelancers and handle staff related administrative matters
· Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes through effective coordination with the Artistic team, freelancers and partners.
· Manage ticketing and Front of House administrative matters for Productions
· Promote company’s mission, performance platforms, classes and programmes
· Maintain and grow network and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions and special interest groups
· Maintain company’s social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram and set up EDM campaigns for updates on outreach events and admin matters.
The ideal candidate should:
• Have good knowledge of arts administration, outreach event planning and management,
• Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation
• Has a Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field in the arts preferred
• Have initiative and can work independently as part of a small, lean team
• Good interpersonal skills and love to engage with people of all ages
• Detailed and have good communication and writing skills
• Digital proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, social media software
• Passion for the Arts and a Dance background would be a plus
• Must be Singaporean or PRs
• Able to work a minimum 22 working hours per week, up to full time commitment
• Must be able to start immediately or at short notice.

- Our office is open Mondays- Thursdays and Saturdays (for classes)
