We are a local wholesale distributor looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Accounts Cum Admin Executive.
Job Description:
Handle full set of accounts
Responsible for billing customers, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining document filing, including daily sales invoices.
Prepare and submit GST, income tax, and monthly CPF (Central Provident Fund) contributions.
Monthly preparation of financial reports including Profit and Loss (P&L), Sales, and Balance Sheet.
Manage payroll matters, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
Handle claims processing, including verifying and reimbursing employee expenses
Chase outstanding payments from clients or customers to maintain healthy cash flow.
Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and assist as needed.
Perform general office administrative duties including courier arrangement and mailing, management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment(s)
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirement:
Candidate must have minimum 2-3 year(s) experience in handling full set(s) of accounts
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint)
Able to multi-task with meticulous and deadline-orientated.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Positive working attitude and problem-solver
Able to work independently or in a team
Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Financial Management, ACCA or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of the Autocount Accounting System is an added advantage.
