Working Hour: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist to organise meetings, collate meeting materials, and prepare logistic items (arrange for refreshments, booking of venue for meetings or events, ensure stationery require are in place) require for various meetings, events, workshops or seminars for the members attending the meeting.

• Assist officers with trip preparations (e.g. finding of appropriate gifts for presentations to foreign delegations for overseas working trips or events, booking/search for hotel accommodations, air tickets, etc)

• Printing and organizing of documents; including binding the documents when require

• Data verifications: assist to verify information of the given data in the excel spreadsheet or other sources

• Collation of data from various agency for updating purposes in Excel or other MS office programme files

• Assist to source for quotes from suppliers for various purchase when require

• Assist with preparing the list require for greeting cards that will send to various stakeholders

• Other tasks assigned by division members or supervisors

Reporting to the Site Security Manager and is responsible for client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, scheduling, system monitoring, log maintenance, access rights maintenance, and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for data center Management and security personnel when the Site Security Manager is unavailable.
• Train and certify all new security personnel and maintains required training documentation. Coordinates with the Training Manager and with the local supporting Securitas Branches as needed.
• Ensure all Responders and Control Room Supervisors adhere to policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Act as Responder or Control Room Supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoots on-site security technology.
• Support other critical infrastructure sites.
• Recommend corrective actions for security staff to the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with the delivery of counseling and corrective action as directed by the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
• Conduct recurring audits and prepares and submit critical and confidential information directly to the client management team.
• Maintain required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any discipline
• Knowledge of 24x7 security operations and procedures.
