Salary Parameter: Gross Salary between SGD 2,200 to 3,000, according to experience and candidate skills
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management and operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics partners, customs agents and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Prepare and track invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed.
- Support event planning and coordination, such as meetings, workshops, or company gatherings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
