Job Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

• Collaborate with Landlords, Contractors, Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and plan retail pop-out stores/counters/kiosks.
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for shop fit-outs and renovations.
• Create designs, drawings, and cutting lists for retail spaces like shops, counters, and exhibition booths.
• Present mood boards, layout plans (often using 3D software like Sketchup), and detailed drawings for retail spaces.
• Develop graphic design artworks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Design themes and plans for window displays, in-store displays, signage, and posters.
• Project Management:
• Manage the fit-out of local retail shops and counters.
• Plan and develop master plans, A&A plans, M&E plans, and renovations for retail outlets.
• Prepare and submit renovation plans complying with local regulations and landlord requirements.
• Source fit-out contractors, manage the tender process, and coordinate with multiple trade contractors and suppliers during project execution.
• Arrange and attend site meetings, coordinate on-site installation work, and supervise installation activities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlords, colleagues) on shop fitting progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, supervising and coordinating works according to project plans for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure high-quality work by contractors and suppliers.
• Perform quality checks and manage project handover, addressing outstanding matters/defect items.
• Provide progress updates to the Accounts department for billing purposes.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
• Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
• Creative and have interest in changing trends in retail space design
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Positive, commitment and “can-do” attitude.

This program aims to advance 200mm Silicon Carbide technologies in various areas, such as epitaxy, device design, process integration & fabrication, and power module packaging. The main objective is to drive disruptive innovations in power device research, with a specific focus on >1.2KV power MOSFETs. These innovations are intended to enhance automotive technologies, vehicle electrification, safety measures, sustainable energy grids, and industrial automation. Key aspects to demonstrate for this role include high power device design, novel device concepts, doping design, gate oxidation, and wide-bandgap process simulations. To achieve this, we are seeking individual with extensive industry experience in using Synopsys/Silvaco TCAD simulator, relevant device characterization skills, design simulation development abilities, a willingness to mentor junior staffs, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate will contribute to the wide-bandgap & Silicon Carbide team by utilizing their device knowledge, guiding team on device characterization, implementing state-of-art Silicon Carbide power MOSFETs (Planar, Trench & Super-Junction), and innovative novel power MOSFETs for future applications.
