Company A is a family office located in Singapore. In order to expand the company's development, , and has engaged us to recruit for the following positions:
Secretary to Chairman
Location: Singapore, with business trips to Australia.
Noted: Only PR holder and Singapore citizens can apply for this position
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, both business and personal, to ensure the smooth running of the directors' day-to-day affairs.
2. Manage and coordinate the chairman’s schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
3. Serve as the first point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming communications such as phone calls, emails and mail.
4. Coordinate and negotiate with outside vendors and suppliers.
5. Assist with personal matters such as managing personal appointments, reservations, events, and assisting with personal errands.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
7. Maintains confidentiality in all business and personal matters.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
2. Candidate will be required to communicate frequently, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Chinese in order to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
3. Experience in providing full administrative support to senior executives.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all levels.
6. Work with flexibility and adaptability, willingly to travel to oversea for a business purpose.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a personal assistant or executive assistant position.
2. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Salary: 5000-6000 SGD per month
