Job Description

· Contribute to the design thinking and process

· Translate the design ideas into design solutions

· Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development

· Construction documentation and site inspection work

· Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules

· Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings

· Coordinate on plans’ submission and liaise with relevant authorities

· Able to travel as and when required

Requirements

The role

We are looking for a part-time videographer within the company. You will be responsible for planning out and storyboarding 6-8 trending reels on a monthly basis.

Work scope

•⁠ ⁠Deciding on storyboarding direction for the reels based on current trends

•⁠ ⁠Shooting the raw footage twice a month at our office (our therapists and models will be available for you to shoot) - high resolution shot with iPhone is fine, equipment not required

•⁠ ⁠Editing the raw footage into 6-8 reels per month

You will assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees under the group of companies.

Candidates are tasked to handle the day-to-day HR activities of the company and provide administrative support to the HR Department. Success in this role will be demonstrated by helping the organization maintain an adequate number of skilled employees or workers to meet productivity objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the HR functions including but not limited to:-

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Monitor attendance, calculate the OT and verify reported hours.
• Manage job posting and candidate sourcing.
• Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters.
• Worker’s payroll processing.
• Maintain and timely renew worker's insurances (FWMI & WICA), and security bonds.
• Liaising with dormitory, vendor, and related parties.
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
• Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements.

Other Duties:-

• Assist in the coordination of office administration
• Sorting of incoming mail on a daily basis
• Cover reception duties from time to time
• Undertake other assignments from time to time
