• Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules and change orders. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to mitigate construction project risks. Plan, organise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations. Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
