Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and vet tender documents which include drafting contracts/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders and awarding construction and procurement sub-contracts.
• Evaluate submissions and preparation on contract administration matters such as assessing contractor’s claims for variation works, extension of time, loss and expenses, final account and handling of contractual disputes.
• Assist in contractual and costing matters such main contract interim progress claims, progress report, variation order and etc..
• Ensure compliance with appropriate tending and procurement procedures
• Assist in recommending and implementing innovative solutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy and related functions.
• Assist in project cost control and objective preparation

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field or construction background is preferred.
• Experience in Private Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, and PPVC Projects is an advantage
