Tender Award Stage

• Negotiation of contract with Client.
• Check contract documents prior to endorsement.
• Prepare and negotiate Subcontract with Sub-contractors.

Contract Execution Stage

• Arrange for Performance bond for submission to Client.
• Draft contractual correspondences (as and when required).
• Draft letter of extension/ variation letters, supplemental agreement etc to Sub-contractors.
• Manage contractual disputes (as and when required).

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

· Preparation of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, change and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors

· Preparation of tender submission and pre-tender pricing verifications

· Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim

· Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and execute projects for cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
• Manage projects according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards and contractual requirements.
• Handle pre and post-contract stages, including vetting tender documents, organizing activities, and settling accounts.

• Ensure proper documentation of the project, including record-keeping of correspondence and as-built drawings.
• Supervise work carried out by sub-contractors and suppliers for adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure the highest quality in work performed by sub-contractors, fabricators, and suppliers.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers on project implementation.
• Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors.
• Monitor, track, and report project progress, overseeing engineers, supervisors, technicians, and on-site sub-contractors.
• Follow up on defective work and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators, and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.
• Have experience in Civil Engineering Projects, particularly in Marine Construction, such as Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Archi /Structrual/M&E shop drawing and as-built drawings
• Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement
• To co-ordinate with consultants, project team and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project
• Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• AutoCAD and basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills Competency in BIM/Revit Preferred.

About the role:

• Responsible for administrating the Employee Lifecycle Management and Employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation/onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
• Lead work pass management and recruitment process
• Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
• Prepare HR-related letters and correspondences such as Certificate of Employment, Confirmation Letters, etc.
• Handle HR internal and external audits
• Actively engage with Operations and provide HR business partnership Any other duties as assigned

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or equivalent

Access Network Manager:

• Monitoring network performance and tracking network usage to report on system load, usage and response
• Performing diagnostic analysis of the network
• Planning and implementing network upgrades to achieve optimal performance
