• Porter clients (between drop-off point and centre, to and fro the gym for rehabilitation session).
• Help clients settle down upon arrival at the centre.
• See to the dietary needs of clients by serving meals to them and supervising their consumption.

• Assist clients who are require minimal supervision during toileting.
• Assist clients to settle down for a nap after lunch.
• Assist in the mobility of clients.

• Minimum Secondary Education with Certificate in Healthcare Support
• Candidates with no relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and the Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures.
• Establish contact (courtesy calls) with guests and render assistance where necessary.
• Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries.
• Any other reasonable job tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• PSLE or equivalent.
• Willing to perform rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera is preferred.
