• Record and update patient’s admission, discharge, transfer details and patient’s subacute/rehabilitation status.
• Check and dispatch consumables, pharmaceuticals, other laboratory and x-ray investigation charges daily.
• Sort incoming documents and distribute to appropriate personnel in the ward.
• Check and dispatch duly summarised and completed case-notes and x-rays to Medical Record Office (MRO) within 72 hours of patient’s discharge.
• Follow up & arrange patient’s appointments and ambulance transportation, when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level, with minimum of 3 credits including English.
• At least one year of clerical/secretarial experience in healthcare related field preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer terminals is required.

Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties: managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling couriers and parcels, attending to walk-in visitors and their requests, answering phone calls, reserving meeting rooms, setting up video conferences, etc.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Assist in the procurement of general office supplies, stocktaking of office supply inventories, and handling general office invoice processing.
• Support the maintenance of office facilities and equipments, liaise with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required.
• Responsible for travel arrangements such as flight schedules, visas and hotel bookings for all stakeholders within the organization when required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE “O” level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

• Champion the endorsed Group/Organization IT service culture

IT Service Delivery and Support Operations – Process Effectiveness and Assurance:

• Accountable for overall process effectiveness and assurance, covering core processes:
• IT Service Account Management (IT Services Catalogue, Business Use Cases, Strategic/Operations Planning, IT Service QA)
• IT Service Transition Management (Delivery, Support)
• Incident/Problem Management (Incident Classification and Prioritization Criteria, Management of L1-4 Resolution Points, Audits of Incident Tickets)
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Control Standards and management of major cybersecurity breaches
• Change Management (IT Service Configurations)

IT Services Delivery and Support Operations – Performance Management:

• Maintain responsibility for the resolution of service management issues
• Monitor, measure, report, and review current performance of services in the enterprise IT environment
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met
• Review service metrics (KPIs) to support continuous improvements
• Set service performance management metrics and direct the preparation of period management reports

Other Responsibilities:

• Capable of executing Crisis Management Responsibilities as required

The Requirements

Education & Certificates:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fieldMicrosoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery and Support operations in organizational level, with exposure to Cybersecurity Control Standards
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams (i.e. business, IT) on projects and/or operational initiatives
• Experienced in managing service accounts (technical, customer relationships)
• At least 5 years of active involvement in projects and operations engagements with senior-level business and IT stakeholders and planning, design, implementation, and operation stages for IT service deployments
• Experience with third-party Vendors is an advantage
