Job Description

• Monitor contract renewal status for all existing corporate accounts
• Engage in customer service recovery for lapsed account
• Disseminate new promotions/services/products to manage customers
• Assist with required supporting documentation for leasing and sales agreements
• Liaise with other departments to complete vehicle handover and payment procedures.
• Assist Sales Manager (Key Accounts) on outstanding payment matters/contract renewal requirements.
• Preparing aging reports (accounts) on outstanding payments
• Track and update customer/sales team on leased vehicle movement and status during repairs, inspections, or breakdowns.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google App
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service / Sales Role / Account Management
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Pleasant voice, good phonetic skills

Job Requirements

· GCE ‘N’/ ’O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in F&B outlet.

· Completed WSQ Food Hygiene course.

· Willing to perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays.

· Customer-oriented with pleasant personality.

· Able to comply to safety and emergency procedures.

· Keep up-to-date on the latest promotions in the outlet.

· Ability to upsell promotional items to the diners.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM

Job Description:
Arrange logistics and prepare tools for component replacement or repair work, calibration, and servicing of safety-related equipment.
Perform maintenance, servicing and calibration of safety-related equipment
Carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with preventive maintenance schedule.
Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations when carrying out work.
Create work orders to document repairs.
Highlight areas of non-compliance to supervisor for follow-up.
Monitor status of equipment after repairs.
Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
Reinstate machine and equipment back to operation to reduce downtime.
Schedule equipment for repair, fault finding and troubleshooting.
Ensure servicing area is clean and tidy at all times.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Requirement:
Able to work effectively and efficiently individually and in a team
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level or equivalent
Possess valid class 3 driving licence
Good eyesight and familiar with roads in Singapore
Hardworking, responsible and self-driven
Physically fit and positive working attitude
