(A) JOB SUMMARY

• Manage daily patient's discharge and preparation of their bills including weekends and public holidays (on rotational basis).
• To coordinate requests for information by insurers, medical concierge prior to admission, inflight and post discharge.

• Final LOG will be provided by insurers/medical concierge and to forward it to BO AR team to send final bill to insurers for payment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technician to perform service and maintenance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on security equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Respond to service calls when client requires for assistance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues faced by security system.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance / service work performed, including reports on repairs and replacements using our platform.
• Able to plan service activities when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations policies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical or an equivalent professional certificate
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Able to work and coordinate with clients and contractors in all work-related activities.
• Good communication and organizational and skills.
• Able to commit to after office hours duties when required and/or shift work.
• Class 2A / 2B / 2 / 3 / 3A licence with transport are good advantage
• Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian are welcome
• Onboarding training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables’ requests, and promotional offers
• Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
• Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Service Technician

Salary: $2600 - $2900

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional repairs of water purifiers at customers' locations, ensuring proper

placement, connection, and functionality of the equipment.

• Conduct repairs and maintenance services on existing water purifiers/air

purifiers/dehumidifiers/massage chairs to resolve any issues and ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose and identify problems through comprehensive troubleshooting techniques. Determine

the root cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions to resolve issues.

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding the installation setup of

water purifiers.

• Offer valuable insights on suitable locations, plumbing requirements, and other considerations

to ensure efficient and effective operation of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience in water purifier/dispenser installation is a MUST

• Extensive plumbing and electrical work experience

• Residential drilling experience (including granite and concrete preferred)

• Residential plumbing experience (with diverter installation experience preferred)

• Must have a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Able to work on weekends/shifts/overtime

• Positive work attitude and customer-oriented

• Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment and carry out daily installations
