Responsibilities
* After sales maintenance support
* To carry out troubleshooting, basic repair or rectification and servicing jobs on AV/ IT hardware and software
* Manage preventive / comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation and commissioning of AV Systems & Solutions
* To assist Technical Manager or Superior for all tasks and duties
* To assist in handling projects Engineering & Application Support to Sales Team
* Field support for installation and cabling works on site as necessary
* Responsible for system set-up, Testing & Commissioning
Preparation of Service Reports, SOP & Guides for customer as required including Training to users
*Project Management
* Assist in System Programming
* Proficiency in troubleshooting on Audio-Visual and IT related system deployed
* Any other technical roles & responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
- Min NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT/Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering
- Hardworking, willing to learn and positive attitude
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently
- Preferably at least 1-year relevant working experience
- Able to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers is preferred
- Monday to Friday 5 days week
- Possess Class 2/3 will be an added advantage
