Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper recording of conversations with customers in the call centre system. Meet or exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma qualification.

· Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly preferred.

· Able to work during weekends and perform overtime when necessary.

· A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Chinese and English language skills for liaising with clients
