Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level on-site technical support for .NET, SQL, and database-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Lead and mentor a team of L2 support engineer
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve critical issues
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Lead incident management efforts, including:
o Identifying and prioritizing incidents
o Coordinating with teams to resolve incidents
o Communicating incident status to stakeholders
o Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
o Troubleshoot issues within microservices architecture.
