Role – Centre Manager (Kallang Wave Mall)

As Nullspace’s Centre Manager, you are our first point of contact with our current and prospective customers. You play a crucial role in providing course enquiry and enrolment support to our students and their parents. You will also be responsible for planning and optimising our instructor schedule for our training centre classes.

Course Enrolment

• Handle any course enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Provide course consultation and customer service to prospective and existing parents.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries within 1 working day.
• Maintain proper book-keeping of student registrations.

Manpower Operations

• Plan and manage our course instructors for classes at our training centres.
• Analyse class enrolment data and work with senior management to optimise class schedule and instructor schedule.

Work Arrangement (onsite):

• 4 Weekdays, 10am to 6pm
• Sunday, 1pm to 6pm
• Kallang Wave Mall

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicant must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and should enjoy customer service.

• 1-3 years of working experience in communications or administrative support roles.
• Background in education/school/private enrichment enrolment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must possess a pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with the larger team.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

The Service Manager is responsible for enhancing the customer experience for VVIP clients by fostering strong service relationships and acting as the single point of contact for escalated operational issues.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day fault management for critical incidents, providing regular updates, and ensuring timely resolutions.

The Service Manager will manage the planned maintenance cycle for critical customer services and ensure service performance aligns with contractual agreements.

The Service Manager will conduct monthly network performance reviews, which involve discussing previous meeting minutes, presenting network availability reports, and developing improvement plans for prolonged outages and recurring issues.

The role requires a proactive approach to managing service levels and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• To achieve a high standard of customer service and retaining the customer-base with a stabilized customer network.

Account Servicing /Customer Support

· Manage Appointments with customers and ensure timely follow-up on all customers’ needs including but not limited to make-up trials, gown fittings/alterations, floral arrangements, product/service add on etc

· Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon

· Co-ordinate all necessary with internal & external stake holders for the timely deliverables of customers’ package and needs. This includes scheduling of appointments and management of the internal calendar booking slots with corresponding teams from photography, make-up etc to ensure that the product/service sold to customers are well delivered and received by the customers.

• Attend ad-hoc Train the Trainer sessions whenever new campaigns are onboarded and must be able to transfer relevant information to CSOs via product training sessions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
