Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.
• Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
• Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and on time payment by customers.
• Maintain good rapport and improve good customer relations.
• Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked,documented and filed.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• N level / O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in any discipline or at least 2 years working experience in similar role
• Candidate with Engineering or Technical background will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attentive to details, effective follow up skills and customer oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 working days per week
• Working location : Joo Koon

Intensive in house training will be provided to those without relevant working experience

Job Descriptions

• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement
• Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages and clear tables
• Respond promptly to customers’ enquiries with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning dishes to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.

• Ensure the smooth running of Kiosk operations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure orders accuracy.
• Work in a team to attain high standards of product quality & service.
• Able to work independently during off peak hours
• Ensure that all in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations and to ensure strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and Company’s policies and procedures.
• Operation includes closing/opening & clean up
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors.
