The Service Asset and Configuration Manager will support the identification, control, recording, reporting, verification, and auditing of configuration items (CIs) in a centralised Configuration Management Database (CMDB) while ensuring that processes, tools, and governance are in place and being used in accordance with the ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.

· Responsible for the implementation and support of the configuration management tools and systems.

Qualification Requirements:

· Experience and strong subject matter expertise with IT Service Management processes including Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management

JOB SUMMARY

Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and is the personal representative of all Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel to banquet guests.
