Our client is an established logistics company, situated in West Singapore.
They are looking for an IT Support Coordinator, reporting remotely to IT manager based in Thailand.
Purpose of Job
• Being First Tier IT support for Singapore and Malaysia, and as a backup to other members in Global IT group
• Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
• Daily maintenance IT devics
• According to department head directives, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
Job Descriptions
• First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
• Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
• Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
• Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects
• Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
• Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT
• Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
• Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
• Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets
• Support of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) as well as customer support in cooperation with other departments
Requirements
• Diploma holder in Information Technology; or equivalent
• Knowledge for Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Cisco Routers, Switches, Microsoft suite of softwares
• More than 3 years IT experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good team work
