Job Scope:

• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security and safety.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors for maintenance of school infrastructure, systems and equipment.
• Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.
• Provide support to teachers and students in the school Food Science Lab (Kitchen).

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an

advantage:

a. Logistics-related work

b. Cleaning duties

c. Working in a school environment

2. Good communication and inter-personal skills.

3. Good team player with a high level of initiative.

4. Able to read and write simple English.

Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

Salary: $1900/month

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: *6.30am to 3.30pm/ *10.00am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break

• Fridays: *6.30am to 3.00pm/ *10.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

*Work shift will be subjected to rotation based on school needs.

Provide on-site support for first-level end-user operations, understanding and managing complex technical issues in a dynamic business environment.
Proficient in managing, configuring, and upgrading Windows 10 & 11 client images

Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend solutions within SLA

Perform application testing before rolling out OS updates (Monthly basis)

Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements

Possess strong knowledge of Windows features, registry editor, and hardening

Proficient in Command Prompt and PowerShell

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in building, testing, and implementing desktop images

Technical proficiency and a keen interest in exploring new technologies

Practitioner in ITIL Framework

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing doctors in our network to build strong referrals for our specialist doctors and day surgical facilities to drive business growth.
• Develop and establish new partnerships with doctors, intermediaries and relevant entities to generate new revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with all partners to promote loyalty.
• Provide market trends / intelligence from the ground and contribute to business strategies.
• Collaborate with Operational teams and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Ideate, plan and execute business and marketing strategies effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Organise and conduct CMEs for Specialists and GPs.

Qualifications and Essential Skills

• Successful B2B sales experience and track record.
• Experience from healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical would be advantageous.
• Effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a positive disposition.

- prepare cash payments, cheque payments and online bank payments

- prepare monthly sales reports for stores, outlets, online and B2B customers

- assist in salary and commission calculation
