Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate topics to Sales Manager to remove blockers and update the customers accordingly.
• Order Processing: Oversee the order processing cycle from receipt of the order to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Work closely with Operations to understand bottlenecks and propose short and long-term fixes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes. Understand the customers’ needs in terms of reporting and align with IT teams to tailor the solution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, IT and logistics teams to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in strategic planning. Share market updates and news with the relevant customers.

The successful candidate

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing a world class shopping experience to our customers. -          Effectively supervises the day-to-day operation/activities of the customer service team

Customer Service Management

1. Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
2. Provide accurate and prompt information about products and services offered by RHB
3. Support implementation of customer service initiatives within the Branch
4. Maintain high standards of customer service quality and consistency by adhering to Retail Banking service and operational guidelines as well effective use of customer service tools and technologies
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product team from various departments, operations to address customer needs and improve service delivery

Complaint Management

1. Ensure complaint and issue highlighted by Customer are being resolved  timely. Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues/complaints to Supervisor for immediate attention and resolution.

Branch Operations

1. Support the daily operations of the branch and other branches (in the event of inadequate resources) to ensure smooth functioning which includes the following activities:

1. Verify customer’s identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for any transaction requests
2. Handle cash management tasks including deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations
3. Account Opening
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
5. Any other activities prescribed in the Branch Operational Manual

    2. Collaborate with other branch staff and sales team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols and internal bank procedures within the branch
