Team Introduction
The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The purpose of Risk and Response is to mitigate and lessen escalation. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve product capability, features, and tool ability to detect risks at an earlier stage, monitor possible online risks, and respond to any emergency risk trends in a speedier manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design of data products, including data monitoring, data analysis, data insight, and algorithm-related platforms;
- Work closely with the business team to develop a deep understanding of the business and provide the business with insights, recommendations, and solutions from the data perspective and analysis;
- Participate in the operation and maintenance of data products, promote product landing, continuously gather feedback from users, and keep tracking product adoption and performance;
- With strong data sensitivity, collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape and optimizing products and drive continuous improvement of user experience;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of data product management or related experience; Preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree; Data products, data analysis, data development working experience is preferred;
- Familiarity with data platforms, including but not limited to data visualization, metric management, feature management, algorithm engineering, portrait analysis, analysis and diagnosis, permission platform, etc.;
- Proven entire experience in planning, design, execution, and launch of successful data products;
- Data-driven and have a good sense of data; Excellent data analysis skills and strong understanding of data, data platforms, and related technologies;
- Self-motivated, practical, honest, and good at cooperation; problem-solving aptitude, the ability of excellent workload management, and willingness to accept challenges;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, detail oriented and receptive to feedback.
