Job Scope:

• Assist the OM in maintaining school safety & security.
• Assist the OM in the daily operations and routine maintenance.
• Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for school events.
• Perform routine cleaning of apparatus and glassware in the science laboratories.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and work in teams.
• Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
  • Logistics-related work
  • Cleaning duties
  • Administrative roles

Location: Yishun

Salary: $1750 to $1910/month

Contract Period: 11.5 months

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00 am to 6:30pm

· Fridays: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Work experience in an IT environment supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers
• Work experience in a service/help desk setting
• Proficient in applying tablet, desktop, Server Operating Systems, and all Microsoft applications
• Possession of advanced knowledge of Wireless technologies and LAN

• Active Directory & Azure Maintenance Support (which includes Azure AD, On-Prem AD)
• Strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong listening skills to fully understand what an end user’s needs and/or requests are.

Requirements:

• Possess Higher Nitec in any relevant IT/ Computer Science
• Ability to perform diagnosis of technical issues
• Able to communicate well with end-users & have a strong sense of responsibility
