Main Responsibilities

As an Administration & Business Support Executive, you are key in creating a welcoming experience to employees and guests alike starting from the reception. Your role centres around the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the office runs smoothly, facility and supply wise. This role requires strong communication skills to manage and liaise with our third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors for optimal service. This role includes supporting on other administrative activities such as coordination and support of internal visitors from other LDC offices, company events and business travel documents. • Reception - Receive internal and external guests while ensuring a pleasant reception experience and area

Experience

Requirements:

a. Planning, executing and managing a pilot to implement a quality assurance programme and drive the adoption of suitable international standards with a few CCOs

b. Managing the budget, procurement and contract matters with the appointed international standards body (ISB)

c. Assist in the development of the evaluation approach for the pilot as well as data collection for the programme evaluation

2. Identify areas for capability building following the assessments conducted by the ISB and develop relevant resources with the aim of enabling the CCOs to address the areas for improvement and work towards achieving the standards.

3. Identify and propose changes to the quality assurance programme, if required, after the evaluation to enable us to better meet the intended objectives and extend the programme to more CCOs in the sector. This will include
