Responsibilities:
Support policy changes and assignments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy changes and assignments in compliance with service and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve inquiries from policyholders and representatives.
- Perform UAT for system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and process improvements.
- Support internal teams in addressing appeals and complex customer inquiries.
- Identify risks, share best practices, and contribute to compliance improvement efforts.
You should be customer-focused, a strong team player, and capable of collaborating with different departments.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree with 1+ years’ experience in insurance or finance.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, a team player, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to new processes and changes.
