• Experience as a field engineer or similar role in a Marine background is a plus

The Job

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information by following prescribed script and FAQ

Job Description

• Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client;
• Provide training and supervision to care staff;
• Co-ordinate with other team members and update them on the changes in the client's condition and needs;
