• Handle phone and email enquiries on Admissions matters.
• Manage all letters and correspondences received and routed to respective departments.
• Prepare students’ attendance and reports of absences on a daily basis.
• Greeting visitors in a courteous and friendly manner and assisting them accordingly
• Conference and Board room management for various day to day purpose.

Job Requirements

• ‘A’ Level students, pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience working in a school environment will be advantageous
• Training will be provided

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday (10:00 – 19:00)

• 5 minutes’ walk from Jurong East MRT (located above Maybank and RHB Bank)
