The Customer Platforms Lead is responsible for leading the strategy and management of all customer platforms within Manulife Life Insurance Company, Singapore (MLS), with the goal to drive growth with platform capabilities to deliver value for our business and our customers.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the Customer Platforms Lead will:

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage platform projects from preparing high-level user requirements to developing appropriate solutions and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Job Description

• Thorough cleaning of guest rooms consists of replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning.
• Notify the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done.
• Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them in English. A second language is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift. Bending and lifting are part of the job.

Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and essential tools on laptops.
Manage user accounts and permissions according to company policies.
Ensure all laptops are regularly updated with the latest security patches and antivirus updates.

Issue Resolution & Ticket Management:

Respond to user-reported issues via email, phone, or helpdesk system.
Track and manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of issues within agreed SLAs.
Document issue resolution steps and provide feedback to users.

Inventory Management & Asset Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of laptop inventories, including software licenses and hardware components.
Coordinate laptop replacements and upgrades when required, managing the lifecycle of company-issued devices.
