This role is responsible for the care management of elderly clients under the maintenance day care programme, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care as well
as client education.

The main responsibilities include:
• Take charge of the whole clinical nursing practice in the centre and ensure compliance with approved standards of nursing practices, including the creation and maintenance of policies
and SOPs.

• Perform all general nursing duties to provide quality nursing care and support to clients to
ensure their safety and comfort. Duties include medication administration, wound management, fall risks and hospitalization procedures, medical emergency procedures, infectious diseases outbreak procedures and other nursing duties as required.

• Conduct assessments of clients during admissions and periodic reviews, including preassessment of referrals from AIC

• Assess and evaluate client’s conditions to plan and implement individual care plan accordingly. Consult and coordinate with OTs and PTs and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Monitor, assess and review the progress of clients.

• Identify early signs and/or deterioration of clients’ condition through observation and
appropriate assessment tools.

• Ensure clients’ records are created, maintained and updated accurately on a timely basis

• Responsible for the administration and submission of documentation to relevant
government bodies

• Teach clients, caregivers and family members proper techniques in self-care

• Assist and support delivery of health promotion activities in the centre

• Participate in training and supervision of support care staff.

• Coordinate with programme staff to organize and participate in the centre programmes and
activities

• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Centre Manager

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience

Responsibilites:

Attend to customers’ repair & maintenance requirement including but not limited to body repair, electrical, mechanical repairs, paint works,..etc

Provide quotation & issue job order to workshop repair team.

Coordinate repair job, parts availability, parts ordering

Liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met (On time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost etc)

Enhance customers satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle is repaired according to customers requirement.

Generate invoice, arrange customers vehicle collections, payment collections.

Assist in accident reporting when required, handle surveys.

Handle customer feedback

Requirements:

At least 2 years of related working experience in Workshop Service Centres

Experience in handling customers in repair workshops

Good communication & customers service skills

Ability to bring in business & keep customers happy

Strong technical knowledge in commercial vehicle, (Bus/trucks)

Min ITE/ Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering is advantage

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Posses VALID Class 3 driving license (advantage)Workshop Service Advisor (Bus/truck/Automotive)

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to: -

• Assist in planning critical path schedules and phasing to facilitate ongoing workshop activities
• Prepare and/or verify in-house and MOM test and calibration certificate
• Source for suppliers and assist in preparing quotation(s) (including Professional Engineer services)
• Assist in updating planned equipment maintenance program
• Communicate with clients and external professional engineers to understand requirements and constraints
• Prepare, record and file all relevant technical documents and certificates
• Key in technical requirements for certificates to be issued to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all in-house testing activities
• Perform any other technical-related assignments as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:-

• A Diploma in Engineering-related fields (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, Maritime and Offshore Technology)
• Dynamic, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Good technical knowledge in the marine industry
• Able to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of flexibility and initiative to take on new challenges as the role develops

• Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:15pm
• Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (work-from-home arrangement)
