Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:45am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

Job Description:
a) Reception duties: Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries, assist walk-in visitors, manage goods delivery, pack and sort delivery items according to classes for students collection;
b) Ensure accurate and timely distribution of items;
c) Prepare and verify documents over the counter;
d) Maintain and update data records and various school documents;
e) Maintain confidentiality of all school and pupil information;
f) Attend to pupils who are unwell or dismissed early;
g) Attend to pupils’ general enquiries and needs at the General Office; and
h) Any other duties as assigned by the School.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (minimally both Word and Excel).
2) Proficient in the use of email communication, particularly with Goggle Mail (Gmail).
3) Fluent in spoken English.
4) Fluent in either spoken Mandarin, Malay or Tamil will be an advantage.
5) Preferably 3 years of experience in receptionist/customer service.
6) Preferably 1 year of experience working with children between 7 to 12 years old.
7) Preferably 1 year of experience working in an educational institution
8) Have basic First Aid knowledge
9) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10) Good customer service skill.
11) A team player who works well with other colleagues.
12) Mature individual with a pleasant disposition.
