Job Requirement

• Minimum National ITE Certificate (Nitec) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience handling installation and maintenance of F&B and kitchen equipment
• Possess Singapore Class 2B and 3 driving license is preferred
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams
• Physically fit to manage bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Basic computer knowledge to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and handheld device during operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A meticulous and fast learner with ability to multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We are looking for a candidate to independently administrate the transport operation of our company's various projects.

The role is multi faceted, and has deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment of routes. Having an eye for transport co-ordination and safety procedures as well as being careful and meticulous is an important attribute of this position.

The ability to multi-task, communicate and manage drivers is critical for the success in this role.

The candidate is required to:

1. Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers;

2. Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries in process of onboarding;

3. Ensuring that routes are running effectively and efficiently;

4. Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes;

5. Assist in training and ensuring that service quality is upheld;

6. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively and effectively;

7. Other duties as required to fullfil the requirement of the position.

Job Description

• Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications;
• Provide support to end users companywide on IT equipments and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, office applications;
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications;
• Respond to IT tickets/enquiries, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support;
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT Support role; and
• Experience with Office 365 and other cloud based applications is a plus
• Proficiency in Technology will be an added advantage
