About the role

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their Sales and Operations team, with the goal of further developing the already high-performing team. They are located in the Town.

Working days: Work 4 days per week including both weekends

Working Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm

Responsibility:

• Handle operational matters, collaborating with the sales team for effective sales fulfillment.
• Generate Sales Orders, call center, and online orders.
• Ensure excellent service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, liaising with the Commercial team.
• Other ad-hoc duties or reassignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualification.
• Preferably 1-2years with relevant experience
• Computer literate
