• 3 years of relevant MHE repair (customer facing) work experience
• Class 3 Driving license
• Prior working experience in managing daily workshop operations for at least 2-3 years
• Must be able to focus and drive issues to closure in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong analytical and technical knowledge (understanding in Material Handling Equipment repair)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform the repair, maintenance or overhaul of marine diesel engines 2 & 4 stroke under supervision of Engineer / Technicians.
• Comply with all the requirements to carry out the jobs in the shipyards or anchorages.
• Lifting and shifting heavy components of engine back to workshop for repair / recondition and vice-versa.
• Ensure prompt response and smooth communication with the customers
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Operation Manager

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• Hands-on experiences in trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair is an added advantage
• Prefer someone with maintenance experience in marine engine makers like MAN and Wartsila
• Training period at office (Tuas), after training will work on site
• Willing to work in shipyard / anchorage environment

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Principal Manager or Team Lead, the Manager will be responsible for the following:

Service Operations

• Support the supervision on the operations which is managed by an outsourced vendor.
• Monitor and verify KPI achievements and ensure that necessary remedial actions are carried out promptly.
• Manage knowledge transfer activities to Customer Service Officers (CSO) and coordinate briefings and trainings conducted by Divisions
• Propose and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, quality and performance consistency.
• Support officers to achieve timely resolution of cases.
• Manage case investigations and review findings on complaints/feedback related to service and quality.
• Ensure prompt service recovery measures are carried out and propose corrective actions to meet quality requirements.
• Facilitate and maintain IT system access rights requests for new officers.

Case Management and Reports

• Triage complex cases among divisions and ensure timely case resolution.
• Manage case investigations and prepare incident report / review findings on complaints/feedback. Manage complicated cases and attend to customers’ feedback.
• Collate and track data/ information/ statistics for regular reports.

Knowledge Management

• Work with Divisions to improve the contents on Service Portal to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of contents.
• Update the Case Categorisation Matrix due to new or changes to programmes/initiatives work with divisions to develop relevant knowledge articles

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in service delivery operations and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools to perform data analysis and prepare reports
• Possess effective interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and is customer-centric
• Meticulous and attentive to details.

Job Scope

Counter merchandising

• Creation of planogram for dissemination to retailers and to ensure the adherence.
• Plan, submit visual requests to HQ and coordinate with suppliers on proper implementation.
• Work closely with internal team to ensure counter merchandising materials are shipped for new launches or counter setup.
• Check display is implemented timely and according to guidelines on-counter.
• Counter POSM tools planning and compilation.
• Check quotation.

Advertising & Social Media

• Work with HQ on visual materials for advertising/social media usage.
• Liaise with retailers and suppliers to ensure materials and guidelines is used correctly.
• Check that published artwork/information is correct and according to brand guidelines.

Administrative

• Compilation and upkeeping of marketing calendar.
• Retrieve guidelines and information from HQ portals and organize it for internal team usage.
• Assist in updating of templates for dissemination to distributors and retailers.
• Assist in applying for certification, registration, when required.
• Compile and arrange lab samples, pre-series to be delivered to distributors and retailers.
• Upkeep brand incentive record.
• Arrange color proof to be delivered to suppliers.
• Filling and submission of documents/forms requested by retailers for new SKU creation or account opening.

In-flight listing

• Work with Managers to prepare and submit listing proposals.
• Organize information for in-flight catalogue printing upon confirmation of proposal by the airline agents.
• Work with internal team on text copy translation.
• Check listing details are provided and published accurately on airlines’ platforms.
• Update results in master report.
• Introduce new products to agents during trade show, when required.
• Assist in general enquiries from airline agencies.
