Purpose of the post

The successful candidate should have a strong background in advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence, and bioinformatics techniques with practical applications to biological / -omics data. Specifically, he or she will be responsible for data analysis and for developing advanced computational models, algorithms, and tools to analyse and interpret complex biological datasets derived from multi-omics data. Position Overview:

The role contributes to the success of the Wallem Group’s (“the Group”) Learning and Development strategy and priorities for its employees. This role is a Senior Executive level role and reports to the Head of Learning & Development in Hong Kong HQ with no direct reports.

Training Supervision and Administration:

My client is a well-known brand in the luxury retail space and they are seeking an experienced Retail Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs to store teams, enhancing customer service excellence, and promoting product knowledge.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our employees provide an outstanding customer experience in line with the brand's values and high standards.

Salary: Up to $6,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on customer service, product knowledge, and brand values.
• Conduct training workshops and on-the-floor coaching for retail staff.
• Assess the training needs of employees and create tailored learning plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent application of training.
• Stay updated on product launches, brand updates, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in retail training, preferably within the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of retail standards and customer service excellence.
• Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve high performance.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
