Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently
• Team player and possess good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the use of data analysis software is an added advantage

• Manage internet banking, monthly bank reconciliation
• Process suppliers' invoices, match to orders, allocate costs
• Prepare accounts payable aging, reconcile vendors' statements
• Communicate effectively on payment status, invoice issues
• Handle petty cash, staff expenses; assist in audits
• Timely issuance of tuition and fee invoices.
• Billing for rentals, utilities, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage daily cash tasks, bank transfers, and receipts.
• Data entry in Engage and Sage systems.
• Monitor bank statements, update records, and collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

As a research assistant in RA, you will join a team of multidisciplinary researchers and data scientists, and work with academics and partners in the social sector. You will support researchers by:

• Assisting in project management of various research studies and research processes
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in planning of research related events
• Developing digital material (e.g., infographics) to support research communications
• Assisting in fieldwork and/or analysis of research studies

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Degree
• Strong project and event management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced team environment and multitasking
• Interest in social policy and research
• Familiar with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
• Familiarity with social research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative) would be a strong advantage

Location: Redhill

Work Days: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Role:

• To assist in and conduct interview and/or focus group sessions, collate and maintain information obtained.

• To read casefiles, reports and other relevant document for data coding

• To maintain an up-to-date database by obtaining information from relevant officers and keying in data into the system

• To conduct literature reviews and obtain relevant evaluation tools

• To conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of data

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder in relevant field

• 1 year of experience

• Good in statistics and analysis of data
