Job Description

This incumbent will support the Assistant Dean in driving the business development and cultivating the ecosystem of CET at the College in line with the nation’s lifelong learning objectives. The incumbent will undertake horizon scanning of the lifelong learning to understand market trends and future directions. The incumbent will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (including government agencies) in developing CET and enterprise-led training programmes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between College and Schools to harmonise the outreach strategies, implementation plans, and efforts and support the schools in their outreach.
• Manage upstream activity, including attending to all leads generated from sales and marketing campaigns and inquiries, drive lead conversion and reporting.
• Work with Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) to support queries pertaining to operational matters.
• Work with internal teams to execute sales and marketing activities to promote College’s capabilities and demand generation programs through on and offline campaigns, events, media releases, case studies, or websites.
• Manage downstream activity, including working with PaCE Operation Team to ensure smooth delivery of courses and learner’s journey and experience management.
• Oversee the whole process of managing and responding to enquires, constantly engage them with regular updates of the programmes available, and eventually work towards the goal of having them sign up for the programmes
• Support in formulating sales and marketing tactics in line with the college’s priority, and business objectives

Competencies and Qualification Requirements

• Degree qualification from a recognized university
• Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / website design/ Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) will be an added advantage.
• Familiar/ well versed in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools for tracking of leads, enquiries, and reporting purpose.
• Possess minimum 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experiences.
• Experience in hunting and farming sales in the Higher Education landscape. Professional services, and Consultative sales experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales, demonstrated success from the funnel and lead management to close sales (registered + fee paid), and work with the sales operations/delivery teams to hand over the customer.

Centre for Advanced Robotics Technology Innovation (CARTIN) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Associate, in the area of robotic perception and navigation in a project that aims for firefighting scenarios. The perception algorithms are to be deployed in the real world adverse environments, where the heavy smoke, water spray and thick mist degrade the performance of sensors severely.

The successful candidate will work with Prof. Danwei Wang and a group of Research Fellows, Research Associates, and Ph.D./Masters/Bachelors students in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research, development, implementation, and experimentation of the perception algorithm for mobile robots in firefighting semi-outdoor environments
• Solve challenges in feature searching and engineering for SLAM, providing robust perception results to enhance the SLAM framework for other researchers involved in this project
• Develop multi-modal perception models for robust detecting objects of interests in the firefighting scenarios
• Responsible for robot design and implementation
• Handle other engineering support on software

Job Requirements:

• Master degree in computer vision, robotic perception or relevant majors
• Familiar with thermal imaging based perception in challenging conditions.
• Strong skills in python, Matlab, Linux, and experience with ROS, and code management tools (git)
• Experience with autonomous robotics platforms, and perception algorithms with different sensors (thermal cameras*, 4D radar, 3D LiDAR, RGBD cameras, IMU)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English to preform research
• Experience in industrial product commissioning and delivery

· Manage the R&D project and ensure that the deliverables are delivered on time.

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is recruiting a Research Associate in the field of digital health, health education or medical education research under Professor Jennifer Cleland. LKCMedicine is a joint medical school between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Imperial College London.

The Research Associate will play a pivotal role by leveraging expertise in digital health and health education, working closely under the guidance of Professor Cleland. The Research Associate will provide crucial support to Professor Cleland, who leads the World Health Organization Collaborating Center (WHOCC) for Digital Health and Health Education. The role will involve conducting evidence synthesis using various methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods) for systematic reviews. The applicant will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of systematic reviewers to evaluate evidence on digital health and health education topics. The work will directly contribute to the realm of digital health and health education at the regional and international level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake evidence synthesis related to digital health and health education.
• Responsible for the delivery of a suite of reviews within the WHOCC.
• Preparing deliverables including writing progress/final report, drafting and reviewing manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, crafting posters/abstracts/presentation slides for local and/or international conferences.
