• Provide engineering support and testing for all activities in product development process
• Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality product
• Design or improve the manufacturing process and incorporate DFA to simplify the processes

QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) team for construction projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs).
• Oversee inspections, testing, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct audits and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and clients on quality-related matters.
• Provide leadership and training to the QA/QC team to ensure consistent adherence to quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction sector, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ITPs).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.
